Happy Monday, Lovelies! I have been meaning to write this post for quite some time. Perhaps, I should have written it in October when I first launched Curvy Intuition. Nevertheless, I have decided to write a series of posts about me. My intention was also mentioned in this month’s goals and you can read that here. Like the title reads…today I will be telling you 5 random facts about me.
My Astrological Sign: Pisces
I was born on the 27th of February, which makes me a Pisces. Yep, and I love my sign so much that I have it tattooed on my lower back. It is my only tattoo that I obtained when “tramp stamps” were a thing. I mainly got it to conquer a fear of needles and pain. Since then, I have had the urge to get another tattoo, but I am in no rush. Most likely because I have no idea what I want.
Disney Movie Obsession
I absolutely love Disney movies! I have loved them since I was a child. Still have a collection of VHS cassettes of the original movies, which is one of the reasons why I still own a DVD and VHS player. My favorite movie happens to be Cinderella from the 1950’s. Want to know something really weird? I always envisioned my engagement to take place in Disney Land on the steps of Cinderella’s castle. Hey, a girl can dream, right? lol
Books, Books, Books!
I am sure you guessed it, but I am obsessed with the written word. I especially fancy books that involve mystery, entrepreneurship, self-improvement, and history. You can sometimes find me roaming the aisles at the New York Public Library on Madison Avenue or at a local Barnes and Noble.
I Sorta Kind An….Introvert
I am truly a homebody. I would prefer to stay home write, read, binge watches a series on Netflix, clean and/or spruce up my home. Favorite outfit happens to be lounge pants, tee shirt, and aloe socks. I’m not a fan of slippers…I lose them all the time. SMH.
Travel
I adore traveling! Experiencing new places to stay and eat. I love hotels, bed and breakfasts, cruises; anything and anywhere. I also frequent Staycations…which means I would hide out in a local New York hotel for the weekend. Sometimes, you just need a change of scenery.
