Professional, Powerful and Versatile. Those are the words that come to mind with this weeks Trending Tuesday feature. I am talking about the blouse! Not just any blouse… I am talking about those blouses that are adorned with a carefully placed bow at the neck. Some refer to them as The Pussy Bow Blouse.
